Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. In most cases delivery takes 24 hours. Orders received before 2:00pm are normally dispatched the same day.

All orders are shipped via DHL, ensuring that you receive your goods in the very best condition. Any order errors must be reported to Dobbyman Ltd within 48 hours;

• An email is sent from DHL to the customer to advise goods are on the way
• All orders are booked on the next day service but can take a little longer at times.
• In some cases goods can get lost in the post, after we have been advised we investigate and advise our customers on how we will resolve the issue.
• Any Order refused on delivery will be returned to Dobbyman Ltd then only sent out again after agreement from both parties. A re delivery charge of £6.80 applies
• Where products are out of stock a credit will be refunded to your card before dispatch

Refunds And Returns Policy

Should you wish to return a product you may do so, however any product returned must be in an undamaged ready to sell state, with the cost of return of the item down to the buyer. Any damages must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be made within 72 hours of receipt of undamaged goods.
